A useful packaging brief is short and specific. EHON can quote faster when the first note names the product, the market, the quantity range and whether the shape must be new.
Start with the formula, not the mood board
Say lipstick, gloss, mascara, liner, pressed powder, loose powder, cream or lotion. Add fill weight or bullet size if you know it. A rendering helps, but the component stack matters more: case, tube, compact, jar or bottle, plus any pump, wand or sifter.
Separate platform from new tooling
If an existing EHON mold can carry the project, color, logo and finishing are the variables. If the silhouette itself is the brand, say that you need custom tooling. Mixing those two paths in one sentence is the usual reason a quotation slips.
Ask for the finish in the same email
Hot stamping, silk screen, metallizing, matte, UV, gradient, transfer and laser engraving are not interchangeable. List the effect you want and attach the logo. EHON matches the process to the resin, then proves it on a sample.
