What buyers usually need to lock first
A lipstick case is a mechanism and a brand object at the same time. The first brief should name the bullet diameter, the desired hand-feel, the market, and whether the project can start from an existing EHON platform or needs a new mold.
Color, logo placement and finishing are specified together so the shell, base and inner cup still assemble after decoration. That avoids approving a beautiful rendering that cannot survive stamping, spray or metallizing.
From a lip story to a production pack
EHON’s workflow runs from brief and design through material selection, sampling, molding, decoration, assembly and export inspection. Complete coordinated sets are available when a lipstick needs to sit with gloss, mascara or compacts in the same collection.

Can EHON customize a lipstick case without a brand-new mold?
Yes. Many projects start from an existing case platform and change color, spray, hot stamping, logo and selected components. A fully new shape requires tooling, which EHON scopes during the quotation.
What should a lipstick packaging RFQ include?
Include the product type, estimated quantity, target market, preferred shape, bullet or cup size if known, color, logo method, finish, and whether you need a sample before production.
Does EHON assemble and decorate lipstick packaging?
Yes. Decoration, printing and assembly are part of the Shantou manufacturing scope, followed by quality inspection before export packing.
